Terms of Service
Current for the Forever Known beta. We are finalizing these with legal counsel and may update them before public launch.
These terms govern your use of Forever Known during our beta. By using the service you agree to them. A fuller version is being finalized with counsel.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. The service is offered in the United States.
Your content
You own the memories, text, photos, audio, and video you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, transcribe, and display them only to provide the service to you and the people you choose to share with, according to your privacy settings. This license ends when you delete your content or account, apart from reasonable backups.
Recording others
If you record or upload another person's voice, video, or information, you confirm you have their permission (or their authorized representative's). See the Voice and Biometric Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
AI features
AI-assisted questions, transcripts, and summaries can contain errors. Please review them before relying on or sharing them.
As-is service
The service is provided as is during beta. Please keep your own copies using the export feature. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data.
